Assessment of the consistency, coherence and effectiveness of the national budgetary framework

The National Council of Public Finance (CNFP) publishes its assessment of the consistency, coherence and effectiveness of the national budgetary framework.

Conducted as part of the CNFP’s mandate under the amended Law of 12 July 2014 on the coordination and governance of public finances, this assessment examines the functioning of Luxembourg’s national budgetary framework, particularly in light of recent developments in European economic governance.

The analysis covers the various components of the national budgetary framework and aims to assess how they interact, their overall coherence and their contribution to sound and sustainable public finances.
